3D model description
Slide Open Storage Container for your bits. This design uses rails that allow the bottom drawers to slide open. The lid comes off for two more storage spots. The box has drawers and a lid and opens in a unique way. You will need 8mm x 2mm magnets to hold the drawers shut, one for each drawer. You can add as many middle extender drawers as you would like to make a very tall box with many drawers or short box with only two drawers.
3D printing settings
The logo and trim is embedded in the model, you will not be able to see it until you use the fill coloring tool in your slicer software. as you hover over the part you will find the surfaces to color. If you print without coloring, the logo will not show up, it is only .001" deep and will not show unless colored. I used the skin setting to create the texture on the outside of the container, avoiding the text that is also .001" depth on the side of the box. Enjoy!
